Grid Velocity is looking for a driven, part-time Upwork Bidder to help us win high-quality projects. This role is 100% remote and only commission-based, ideal for someone who understands how to spot good opportunities and convert them into signed clients.

• Write and submit winning proposals on Upwork
• Identify relevant jobs and tailor bids to client needs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects
• Use SEO and strategic positioning to stand out in bids

• Experience with Upwork bidding & proposal writing
• Strong written communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and consistent (no micromanagement)
• Bonus: understanding of SEO, web, or digital services
