What the job actually looks like

We're a core team with a network of independents around it. That shapes everything about working here.

Nobody has one job. An editor ends up on a shoot. A designer ends up in a browser. If you want a narrow lane and a clear ladder, this isn't it.
The range is real. A TVC one month, a website the next, a month of content in between. You'll get further in two years here than four years running one format at a bigger shop.
You'll work next to people who've done it longer than you. Directors, DOPs, developers who come in for a project and leave. Some of the fastest learning happens in those weeks.
Feedback is direct and it's about the work. Nobody softens a note to protect anyone's feelings, and nobody takes one personally.
It gets busy in bursts. Shoot weeks are long. Then they're not.
