Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Grid Velocity in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or PKR 10,000, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grid Velocity and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grid Velocity regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior communications on this subject.
